Gonz\u00e1lez Andrade<\/span><\/p><p>La decisi\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Estados Unidos en 2026, que anul\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda de las tarifas impuestas por el presidente Donald Trump bajo la IEEPA, gener\u00f3 efectos econ\u00f3micos significativos al redefinir los l\u00edmites del poder ejecutivo en materia comercial. El fallo determin\u00f3 que dichas tarifas exced\u00edan la autoridad presidencial.
